ENGAGEMENT & EVENTS OFFICER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a passionate Engagement & Events Officer for a client based in London. You'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of initiatives that create life-changing opportunities for the next generation. If you enjoy building relationships, facilitating engaging events, and making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties:

  • Host in-person and online events, such as inspirational events with young people and volunteers.
  • Securing and recruiting volunteers and managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and other internal tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Building and managing positive relationships with schools, speakers, and volunteers.
  • Training Volunteers and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during events.
  • Collecting feedback and evaluating event success to support continuous improvement and reporting.

About You:

  • Experience in delivering training and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including speaking at events.
  • Experience utilising CRM systems or equivalent database management tools.
  • The ability to engage and interact effectively with young people and volunteers.
  • Creativity and innovation in event design and management.

  • Project Management experience.
