ENGAGEMENT & EVENTS OFFICER
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a passionate Engagement & Events Officer for a client based in London. You'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of initiatives that create life-changing opportunities for the next generation. If you enjoy building relationships, facilitating engaging events, and making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Host in-person and online events, such as inspirational events with young people and volunteers.
- Securing and recruiting volunteers and managing end-to-end event logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and other internal tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Building and managing positive relationships with schools, speakers, and volunteers.
- Training Volunteers and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during events.
- Collecting feedback and evaluating event success to support continuous improvement and reporting.

About You:
- Experience in delivering training and workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including speaking at events.
- Experience utilising CRM systems or equivalent database management tools.
- The ability to engage and interact effectively with young people and volunteers.
- Creativity and innovation in event design and management.

Desirable Skills:
- Project Management experience.
- Experience working with schools, young people, or community organisations.
- Knowledge of mentoring programmes and youth development initiatives.
- Social media or marketing skills to promote events and engage participants.
