Event Operations Associate
heads up - Opportunity to Lead Our European Private Equity Conferences
You will be responsible for delivering the operational standard for 10 European private equity conferences annually, managing venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experiences.

Responsibilities
Your role will evolve based on your growth, but core responsibilities include:
Supplier Research & Management
- Source, compare and negotiate high-quality suppliers for venues, branding, materials, and event services.
- Ensure cost-effective contracts while maintaining high standards.
- Monitor and improve supplier relationships; resolve concerns proactively.
- Maintain accurate budgeting—flag changes early to avoid surprises.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate VIP sponsorship events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
- Collaborate with venue teams to execute flawless logistics.
- Provide on-site support as a trouble-shooter—ensuring everything runs without a hitch.
Internal Coordination & Quality Control
- Streamline internal queries and turnaround responses efficiently.
- Track inventory and event assets (banners, signage, brochures) in real time.
- Lead internal teams and guide them with problem-solving and knowledge-sharing.

Key Requirement
✔ You must have a UK work permit.
Flexible Start Date
Monday–Friday, onsite in our London HQ—just a 4-minute walk from Victoria Station.
