Operations Manager – Global Conference & Event Execution

Do you want to own the operational standard of every conference we run? You’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, from venues and suppliers to on-site teams and attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, focusing on:

Supplier Research & Management

  • Source, compare, and secure the best suppliers for event needs (venues, catering, AV, etc.).
  • Research and negotiate contracts (branding materials, add-ons, value-added services).
  • Maintain cost-effective, high-quality supplier relationships.
  • Conduct budget reviews to approve or escalate changes proactively.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute sponsored VIP experiences (lunches, dinners, after-hours activities).
  • Coordinate with venue staff to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Provide on-site operational support for 40-person conference-facing volunteer teams.

Internal Support & Quality Checks

  • Manage and resolve internal team queries.
  • Track inventory and resources (banners, signage, materials).
  • Ensure all design assets (brochures, branding) meet quality standards.

Start date: Flexible Location: London hub (4-minute walk from Victoria Station). Attendance: Onsite (Monday–Friday).
