Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Responsibilities

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all role—your impact determines our next steps. Core tasks include:

Supplier & Logistics Leadership

  • Research & sourcing – Find and vet the best suppliers, vendors, and venues for conference needs.
  • Brand & event materials – From banners to lacee, quality-check design aspects and ensure brand consistency.
  • Contract negotiations – Secure terms and budget shadows to keep current/anticipated costs under control.
  • Vendor relationships – Build and sustain strong partnerships to resolve issues, retain partners, and secure favourable terms.

Event Execution

  • Plan and execute sponsored VIP experiences, lunches, and after-hours networking activities for 10+ key investor events per year.
  • Collaborate with venue teams to coordinate logistics, checklist verification, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure last-minute operational resilience – step in as the on-site command during events for real-time troubleshooting.

Team & Process Owner

  • Centralise queries – Distill incoming questions into actionable resolutions for smooth workflow.
  • Manage volunteer operations – Recruit, train, and organise a team of 40 on-site event helpers.
  • Lead project coordination – Balance multiple stakeholder needs, allocate resources efficiently, and pilot change with agile execution.

We welcome candidates from all experience levels since training is tailored to your growth. However, two factors are mandatory:
