Job Title: Event Operations Manager – Corporate Events & Conferences

Salary:

Up to £40,000 + overtime + bonus + benefits

Location:

London

We're looking for a highly organised Event Operations Manager to join one of London's leading event venues. Delivering a busy calendar of corporate conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and business events, this is a fantastic opportunity for an operationally focused hospitality professional who enjoys making sure every detail is in place behind the scenes. This role is all about logistics, planning, compliance, and operational delivery, ensuring every event runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the operational planning and logistics for corporate conferences and events
  • Coordinate event schedules, supplier access, loading, and venue logistics
  • Produce event documentation, operational plans, and running orders
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, risk assessments, and compliance requirements are completed
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, AV suppliers, security, and catering teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Coordinate staffing, venue setup, and event administration
  • Act as the operational lead on event days, troubleshooting and ensuring smooth delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in event operations within a conference venue, stadium, hotel, exhibition centre, or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, Health & Safety, and operational planning
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple operational teams
