We are a growing agency specialising in bespoke customer engagement events for leading software and technology companies. The position of Operations Manager is the next key role in our growth plans, taking charge of 80 events globally per year, ensuring high quality and reliable service at each.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and securing suitable venues for private dining events (UK, EMEA and North America)
- Budget control and negotiation – ensure the best rates and terms for all venue bookings, maintain accurate up to date event budgets.
- Venue management – ensure client wishes are met regarding, for example: table layouts, menu selections, branded menus, swag delivery, place cards, dietary requirements, pre-dinner drinks, on site hosts, photography.
- Event attendance – on site event management when required (not for all events), client liaison and attendee check in. Effectively manage any on the day issues.

Qualifications
- B2B Event Operations experience highly desirable.
- Confident negotiator.
- Comfortable with client facing interactions.
- Calm under pressure, able to think clearly and find solutions to unexpected problems.
- IT/Digital, proficient in MS office, and a quick learner with our various CRM and work apps.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical.
- Well organised, able to juggle multiple events and campaigns.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communicator.
