A bit about us

At HLTH, we're redefining the future of healthcare by bringing together the people, ideas, and technologies shaping tomorrow's health ecosystem.

As part of Hyve Group, one of the world's fastest-growing organizers of market-leading B2B events, HLTH connects healthcare providers, payers, life sciences companies, technology innovators, investors, policymakers, and startups through our flagship events: HLTH US, HLTH Europe, and ViVE.

More than conferences, our events are where partnerships are formed, innovations are launched, and the future of healthcare takes shape. Every year, thousands of senior decision-makers come together to solve the industry's biggest challenges and accelerate meaningful change.

If you're passionate about creating exceptional live experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our growing global operations team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering world-class experiences across HLTH Europe and supporting our flagship US events. You'll oversee the planning and onsite delivery of major event features, partner programming, signage, venue services, delegate catering, and operational logistics that help make HLTH one of the most innovative healthcare events in the world.

Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Content, Production, Sales, Marketing, and external suppliers, you'll ensure every detail contributes to an exceptional attendee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from planning through onsite execution while working on one of the fastest-growing event brands in healthcare.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
