📍 London (Hybrid) 💷 £40,000 Basic + Bonus & Event Commission 🧑 💼 Full-time | Event Operations & Project Delivery
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing international business operating within the B2B events and media space. You’ll play a central role in delivering high-profile live, virtual, and hybrid events, working closely with senior leadership to support operational excellence and long-term growth.
We’re looking for someone who understands that successful event operations isn’t just about logistics—it’s about stakeholder management, commercial acuity, flawless execution, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Coordinating speakers, sponsors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Leading project timelines, operational planning, and delivery processes
- Managing event budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborating with leadership teams to support event strategy and execution
- Overseeing operational logistics to ensure smooth event delivery
- Maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring event performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements
- Previous experience within B2B events or event operations
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets or forecasting
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and adept at managing multiple priorities
- Confident in balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery
