An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading organisation within the international events and exhibitions sector. This role will play a key part in delivering two flagship exhibitions across the UK and Germany, including supporting the launch of a major new event.

Ideal opportunity for an organised, commercially minded operations professional who thrives in fast-paced event environments and enjoys managing complex projects from planning through to onsite delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end operational delivery of major exhibitions in both the UK and Germany.
  • Managing elements of operational budgets, including forecasting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and maximise value.
  • Coordinating venue operations, contractors and exhibitors throughout build-up, live event and breakdown phases.
  • Maintaining accurate records, meeting documentation and project communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
