Event Operations & Readiness Director
Fuse is looking for an Event Operations & Readiness Director who thrives within a fast-paced agency environment, with a passion for Sport & Entertainment. The role sits at the heart of the Event & Live Experience division, providing essential support to enable teams to deliver world-class live experiences.
You will play a key role in providing cross-functional support across all areas of Fuse client events, including:
- UEFA & FIFA Finals
- Rugby World Cup
- Wimbledon Championships
- F1 races
This is a behind-the-scenes, internal-facing role, focused on ensuring operational, logistical, and welfare foundations are planned and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high attention to detail, process-driven execution, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
- Oversee team logistics, onboarding, financial management, and the development of systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- The role will primarily be UK-based, though some international travel may be required from time to time.
