About The Role
We’re seeking a passionate Event Organiser to join our Global Events team and help deliver unforgettable Warhammer events across the UK and Europe. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on creating immersive and engaging experiences for thousands of hobbyists.
As an Event Organiser, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing seven+ major events annually—maintaining a keen eye for detail, keeping plans uniform, and balancing travel, logistics, and execution under tight deadlines. Collaborating closely with the Senior Event Manager, you’ll drive ticket and store revenue while ensuring each event exceeds expectations, from Games Workshop-run events to international conventions.
We’re looking for a problem-solver who stays enthusiastic under pressure, fosters an inviting atmosphere for all experience levels, and leads by example, training and motivating both full-time and part-time staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver 7+ events annually across the UK and Europe, ensuring each event is timely, high-quality, and revenue-generating
- Manage logistics, including international travel, accommodation, and staff coordination
- Oversee ticketing, merchandise sales, and participant engagement
- Collaborate with other team members and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Actively train, inspire, and oversee full- and part-time event staff
- Ensure Warhammer’s values of passion, inclusivity, and community enthusiasm are upheld at every event
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, logistics, or customer-facing roles
- Passion for tabletop gaming, pop culture, or community-driven events
- Strong organisational skills, ability to juggle competing deadlines
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team leadership
- Willingness to travel extensively, including stays of 5–6 days per event
- Understands our key responsibilities and can demonstrate them in written or video form
