About The Venue

Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces.

An iconic venue like no other, RHC proudly deliver a range of luxury dining options and flawless service to our spectacular, three-floor event venue and rooftop restaurant and bar experience.

As a public park by day, this London events venue lends itself to beautiful breakfast and yoga bookings, daytime conferences, evening corporate drinks receptions and celebratory seated dinners, with the London landscape as your event backdrop. Renowned for its beautiful landscaped public gardens, innovative architecture and unrivalled London views, Sky Garden’s private venue hire is one of the most unique rooftop event locations in the capital.

Role Purpose

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing events from initial enquiry through to handover to operations on the day
  • Building strong client relationships to deliver bespoke and high quality events
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Supporting projects and initiatives across a diverse range of event types

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Event Planner or Event Manager within hospitality experience essential
  • Background in luxury venues hotels or high end hospitality environments preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proactive approach

This is a full time 12 month maternity cover opportunity, offering up to £40,000 per year.
