Event Producer (3–5 years’ experience)
Central London | Hybrid working
I have partnered with a fast-growing, creative events agency known for delivering standout experiences across a diverse client base.
With a close-knit team and a highly collaborative culture, this is a brilliant opportunity for an Event Producer with solid agency experience to build on their skills, gain exposure to high-profile projects, and be part of a growing business.
You’ll work across a wide mix of projects including incentives, live events, private events, brand activations, charity projects, and international moments like Cannes Festival.

- Support the planning and delivery of events and experiential projects
- Coordinate timelines, logistics, and project documentation
- Manage supplier communications and relationships
- Contribute to creative ideas and research for briefs
- Support on-site delivery, including international travel (e.g. Cannes Festival)
- Assist with budgets, reporting, and project admin
About You...
- 3+ years’ experience in an events or experiential agency
- Experience working across live events, activations, or incentives
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
