Event Producer
Head of European Conference Operations
You’ll oversee the operational standards of all 10 private equity conferences we host across Europe each year, managing end-to-end execution—from venues and suppliers to on-site teams and attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities
Your role will be fluid, blending precision and ambiguity, but your core focus will fall under these pillars:
Supplier & Budget Management
- Scout, evaluate, and negotiate optimal suppliers across:
- Full-service vendors
- Add-ons (technical, branding, etc.)
- Craft contracts to balance cost and quality, with full awareness of margins.
- Track internal budget variances and flag issues early.
Event Mastery
- Curate and host VIP-sponsored events—breakfast launches, poster sessions, networking dinners, and exclusive after-events.
- Prevue on-site—logistics, staffing, guest liaison, and troubleshooting. Any issue? Fix to code.
- Manage venue and tech partners to execute impeccably.

Internal Excellence
- Condense internal workflow—streamlining admin and tracking inventory proactively.
- Quality-assure: Check branding materials (banners, signage, etc.) for consistency.
- On-site logistics: Lead and coordinate a team of 40+ volunteers—training, scheduling, and monitoring.
