Calling All Event Producers!

Looking to work within a Creative Events Agency with Exposure to Cannes Festival & International Events and Activations

Join a close-knit, entrepreneurial events agency delivering standout experiences for a diverse client base. You'll work across live events, incentives, private events, brand activations and charity projects, with opportunities to support high-profile international events including Cannes Festival. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced events professional to broaden their agency experience, develop new skills and be part of a genuinely collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll support the planning and delivery of a varied portfolio of events and experiential projects, helping to create memorable experiences for clients and attendees.
  • Coordinate event projects across incentives, live events, activations, private events and charity initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, logistics and project documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners, maintaining strong day-to-day relationships and communications.
  • Support creative research and idea generation for client briefs and campaigns.
  • Assist with event delivery on-site, including opportunities to travel internationally for activations and major events.
  • Track budgets and reporting, ensuring projects remain organised and on schedule.

What experience you'll need to apply...

Must-have experience:

  • Proven experience within an events or experiential agency environment.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of live events, activations or incentive programmes.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
