Events Producer | Global Creative Agency
Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Sector: Creative Agency - Influencer, Social, Talent & Experiential
Salary: £40K-£50K
Some people plan events. You produce experiences people can't stop talking about.
CoCo Group is proud to be working exclusively with a global creative agency behind some of the most talked-about influencer, social, talent, and experiential campaigns for the world's biggest consumer brands, to find their next Events Producer.
If you've spent your career turning "wouldn't it be amazing if..." into flawlessly executed reality, from intimate creator dinners to jaw-dropping international brand trips, this is your next move.
The Role
No two days look the same. One week you're producing an intimate creator dinner in a private members' club; the next you're masterminding a retail pop-up designed for maximum scroll-stopping content; the week after that, you're on a flight overseeing a multi-market brand trip for a roster of talent and their entourages. As Events Producer, you'll own production from the first spark of an idea through to the final strike of the set, leading with creativity, precision, and an instinct for what makes an experience genuinely shareable. You'll be the calm, capable hand that clients, creators, and colleagues trust to make it happen, on time, on budget, and unforgettable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
