Event Production Manager
Fusion is looking to hire an experienced Event Production Manager and are keen to hear from candidates looking for permanent and contract opportunities.

This is a hybrid position, working full-time, Mon - Fri combining a minimum of 3 days in the office in Bedfordshire and 2 working from home if preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Integration of Experiential Campaigns with Social Media & ATL
- Joint responsibility & execution of Brand Partnerships at Festival, Motorsport Events and Retail Takeovers.
- Management & delivery of Incentive Trips, Roadshows & Test Drive Campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of bespoke event templates for national to retail/dealer integration.
- Assist with communication of all organisational event assets to all suppliers & promotional event staff.
- Assist on all aspects of the event management process from conception through to execution and client reporting.
- Managing supplier relationships. Achieve cost efficiencies / profitability through supplier negotiation and management.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction, support and guidance to more junior team members.
- Ability to coordinate the design, production and where relevant, installation of complex projects and stand builds.

Skills & Experience
- A confident communicator (both verbal and written), capable of building strong, supportive relationships both internally and externally.
- Competent Microsoft skills including spreadsheet management.
- Ability to work to brief and manage budgets effectively.
- A versatile, organised and flexible working nature with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail and work to a high standard. Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- High awareness of Health and Safety procedures and best practice.
- Ideally IOSH qualified.
- Able to write own risk assessments and health & safety documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Resourceful, self-starting and excellent use of initiative.
- Passionate and dedicated.
- Excels in working in a fast pace, high pressure environment.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Event Management role.
- Automotive events experience desirable.
- Agency experience desirable.
- Ability to frequently commute to the office location - Bedfordshire, MK45 2ND.
- Flexible approach to travel and working on live national events when required.
