Role Overview
Join Sapiens' Global Marketing team as an Event Program Manager, supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events that connect teams, align priorities, and showcase our brand to the global insurance market. This is an entry-level to mid-level role suited to an organised, detail-oriented event professional eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of Sapiens events – from planning through on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
- Track event budgets, process vendor invoices, and reconcile expenses.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics efficiently.
- Develop and maintain event documentation: SOPs, timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and payment processing.
- Build standardised templates and processes to improve repeatability across events.
- Prepare clear updates and results summaries for marketing leadership.
- Contribute ideas to improve the attendee and employee experience at events.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – you manage timelines and never drop a ball.
- Experience tracking budgets and working with vendors.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to evaluate event success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common marketing or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work across time zones and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Experience with global logistics or supporting executive-level programmes.
