Delegate Management - Event Registration and Data Analyst

Location: Remote, based in UK
Our client Google Events & Experiences are looking for Contractors on an ad-hoc basis.
This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity across the full event lifecycle, delivering registration processes, and providing hands-on support onsite.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent technical data manipulation skills alongside practical event registration and logistics experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Take full ownership of data cleanliness, deduplication, and quality control across all event data.
- Noms / Aud dev analysis: Provide data insights and analysis to build out audience development. Analyze event attendance data against specific business priority lists - by individual and company. Build nominations process with Executive Engagement team - ensuring data is dynamic and easy to gain stakeholder approvals.
- Registration websites: Build, test, and launch complex registration forms and logic flows using internal registration software.
- Communications QA: Build and test event emails - using CSS, HTML, dynamic fields, conditional logic and darkmode reviews to ensure delivery across all email clients.
- Data management: Manage and maintain registration data for all event phases, including initial invitations, targeted follow-ups, detailed logistics chases, KBYG comms and post-event surveys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal workstreams, and external vendors.
- Advanced Data Management: Maintain and optimize advanced Google Sheets models ensuring dynamic data flow and "always-on" reporting accuracy.
- Stakeholder reporting: Build and manage automated tracking dashboards (using tools like Looker Studio/Data Studio) to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into registration metrics. Translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready summary reports and briefs for senior leadership.
- Capacity analysis: Provide analysis to support capacity management decisions for event numbers, rooming, activities and masterclasses.
- Onsite Delivery: Develop processes and provide operational data as needed onsite. Act as a key member of the onsite execution team, troubleshooting data flows under pressure.
- Post-Event: Conduct comprehensive post-event data debriefs to identify trends, measure engagement, and deliver actionable insights for future event strategies.

Skills and Abilities:

- Event registration experience in a similar event registration & logistics role.
- Data manipulation and analysis experience.
- Technical understanding and experience with registration platforms.
- Ability to code or knowledge to manage email builds.
- Advanced knowledge of G-suite or equivalent and willing to learn.
- Experience with or interest in building agentic workflows and automated processes / AI obsessed.
- Effective management, problem-solving and structuring skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a range of cross-functional teams.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output, ensuring accurate information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment.
- Effective written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific and varied audiences.
- Ability to adapt, multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal, written communications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Great at motivating agencies/vendors to do the best work of their career.
- Must be willing to travel for site inspections and events and work long flexible hours.
