Location: Coventry
Type: Full-time

Who are we?
We’re LiveBuzz – the event industry’s go-to team for slick, smart solutions in Event Tech. We're here to make event organisers' lives easier and their shows more successful. Due to being the best in the business, we’re scaling up – and we need an experienced event professional to help us do it.
Who We’re Looking For
An Event Registration Manager with proven experience in the events industry. You’ve worked on conferences, exhibitions, or live events before and understand the pressures, timelines, and last-minute magic it takes to make everything come together. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects, working directly with clients, and delivering under pressure.
This isn’t a role for someone new to events — we’re looking for someone who’s been in the thick of it and is ready to take the lead on delivering brilliant registration experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of events, from pre-show planning through to onsite delivery.
- Own the full registration journey: setting up online reg forms, managing deadlines, and supporting onsite operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and guide them through the process with clarity and confidence.
- Liaise with our internal teams and suppliers to keep everything on track.
- Work onsite at some shows (UK and sometimes overseas) to ensure smooth delivery and troubleshoot as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
