Hire Space is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our revenue team in London. This isn't just a transactional sales job. You will own the full sales cycle, convert high-intent inbound enquiries, and strategically grow your own book of business through lucrative framework agreements and corporate partnerships.
With a realistic, uncapped £60k+ OTE, a sophisticated tech stack, and a product that London's top brands already love, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
The Role: As an Account Executive, you are a core revenue driver. You will navigate the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing high-value event bookings, while securing long-term loyalty via our premium service tiers (like Hire Space 360).
This role balances reactive closing with proactive, strategic hunting:
- Own and close inbound enquiries from SME and mid-market clients, managing the full cycle from discovery and venue shortlisting to negotiation and closing.
- Build, grow, and retain a lucrative client portfolio, maximising long-term revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and re-engaging dormant accounts.
- Identify and secure high-value corporate opportunities, including framework agreements, license fees, and minimum spend contracts.
- Generate new pipelines through targeted multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, and industry networking).
- Develop strong client relationships and secure repeat business through regular face-to-face meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Sell Hire Space’s event tech platform alongside managed services while maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
