Event Sales Assistant – Liverpool City Centre (Entry-Level Role)
FUTURE is an established events and marketing company in Liverpool City Centre, delivering high-impact face-to-face campaigns for a diverse range of clients. We specialise in event-based customer acquisition, empowering brands to connect and engage directly with their audiences.
As an established employer, we’re currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team as Event Sales Assistants. This is an entry-level role focused on face-to-face sales and customer engagement (not digital marketing), with comprehensive training, clear progression opportunities, and a supportive working culture—ideal for recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers!
About the Role
Our Event Sales Assistant role is fast-paced, hands-on, and designed for ambitious individuals who thrive in social environments. The position is ideal for recent graduates or career changers looking to develop transferable skills such as persuasion, customer care, event coordination, and sales.
With no prior experience required, we’ll provide full training across key areas, including client representation, sales techniques, and professional development. Successful candidates will quickly build expertise while contributing directly to high-profile brands’ customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Customer Engagement
- Represent clients at live events, pop-ups, and promotional venues
- Engage customers face-to-face to promote products, services, or campaigns
- Drive sales and customer acquisition through direct interaction

Event Operations
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of event spaces
- Uphold high standards of customer service and brand representation

Sales & Growth Support
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities
- Work closely with team leaders to develop skills in sales hustle, teamwork, and leadership techniques
Requirements
