ISMG is looking for a Cybersecurity Event Sales Executive to drive attendance and enterprise registrations for our global cybersecurity conference portfolio, including internationally recognized brands such as Hardwear.io and Nullcon.
In this role, you'll connect with cybersecurity practitioners, engineers, researchers, and security leaders across the globe, helping them discover world-class conferences, technical training, and networking opportunities that support their professional growth while contributing directly to the success of ISMG's expanding events business.

You'll:
- Generate new registrations through strategic outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build relationships with cybersecurity practitioners, engineering teams, security researchers, and enterprise security leaders
- Re-engage previous conference attendees, training participants, and members of the ISMG community
- Identify and close enterprise and multi-seat registration opportunities
- Consult with prospective attendees to understand their professional goals and recommend the most valuable conference experiences
- Partner closely with marketing to improve messaging, campaign performance, and attendee conversion
- Maintain an active sales pipeline while consistently achieving outreach, conversion, and revenue goals
- Represent ISMG and our event portfolio professionally across the cybersecurity community
What Success Looks Like
During your first year, you'll:
- Build a strong pipeline of cybersecurity professionals interested in ISMG events
- Consistently exceed registration and revenue goals
- Increase enterprise and team registrations across our conference portfolio
- Become a trusted resource within the cybersecurity community
- Help expand the global reach and impact of flagship events including Hardwear.io and Nullcon
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys outbound sales, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
You'll likely have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, event sales, or delegate sales
- Proven success generating business through outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, phone, and other outreach channels
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology and cybersecurity, with the curiosity to learn a highly technical industry

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling conference registrations, professional training, or event sponsorships
- Exposure to cybersecurity, enterprise technology, software, or developer communities
- Experience selling to technical professionals, engineering teams, or enterprise organizations
