Event Sales Manager - Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Event Sales Manager to join one of London's leading luxury lifestyle hotels.
This is a proactive sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys generating new business, building lasting client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities. Working as part of a dynamic commercial team, you will be responsible for driving event revenue across corporate, private dining, social events, product launches, brand activations and exclusive hire opportunities.
You'll be confident developing your own pipeline of business, networking within the London market and working closely with agencies, corporate clients and event planners to position the hotel as a destination of choice.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across all event segments.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, DMCs and key local contacts.
- Generate revenue through targeted sales activity, networking, client meetings and site visits.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and handover to the operations team.
- Conduct engaging hotel show rounds and represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and wider commercial team to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and produce accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements
- Previous experience within an Events Sales Manager or Senior Events Sales Executive role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Proven track record of driving event sales and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the London corporate and events market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and commercially focused approach.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
