Meetings and Events Sales Executive

Our client, a leading Country House venue in Warwickshire, is seeking a proactive Meetings and Events Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. About the Role

As the Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving venue sales and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll be instrumental in converting new enquiries into bookings, securing repeat business, maximising revenue, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion rates
  • Drive repeat business through regular rebook and feedback calls
  • Manage outbound campaigns to re-engage and attract new clients
  • Conduct professional venue show rounds to secure new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies
  • Manage the full booking process from initial enquiry through to event handover
  • Prepare accurate event documentation for the operations team

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within a venue, hospitality, or events-based environment
  • A strong commercial understanding of pricing and conversion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM and booking systems
  • A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for client success
