Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew
Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time) Location: Monroe, WI Pay: $17/hour About the Role We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for a variety of local events, shows, and promotions. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and being in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials Operate a company-provided truck and trailer to travel to and from event locations Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally Maintain organization and condition of equipment and materials Collaborate with team members to meet setup and teardown timelines Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays Comfortable driving a truck and trailer Availability to work weekends Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Experience in event setup, construction, or similar physical work (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join Us Flexible part-time schedule Active, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to be involved in exciting local events and promotions Apply Today!
