About The Company:
Shift Pattern: 7.5 hours per day, fixed Tuesday – Thursday and then flexible for either Monday or Friday.
Please note: This is a 3 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.
Jaguar Land Rover’s Property team are key to the operations of the business. The Workplace Operations team deliver the day-to-day running of our sites and support the set-up of on-site events from a technical and operations delivery. This role primarily supports Event Space Operations with both internal and externally arranged events held within the Gaydon Triangle Complex and across other non-manufacturing sites .You will be part of a small, dedicated team working closely with front of house and hospitality personnel to setup and deliver a wide variety of business and experiential events, whilst also supporting hospitality and collaboration activities.
Key responsibilities:
Event set-up and strip-down Set up pop up banners/pack away and store after event and then set up stand/stall furniture prior to event start date Set up visual equipment Ensure event installation is set up in a safe manner Furniture layout changes and storage of furniture when not in use Support vehicle movements within the building Support external event teams Stores runs to collect equipment for events Meet with customers to store network equipment Support Catering team with hospitality furniture & power requirements Support Collaboration hosts with furniture and layout changes Movement of event supported deliveries & collections Furniture reconfigurations after events (building reset)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Essential:
Driving Licence Good physical mobility Manual handling Dexterity (furniture building and dismantling) General DIY experience Internal and external working Ability to work on own initiative Good communication skills
