Client Experience & Events Specialist
Opportunity to join a leading global professional services organisation in a client-facing events role, delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.
This role sits at the heart of the client experience function, taking ownership of high-profile events and day-to-day event operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams, you will lead the delivery of seamless, high-quality experiences while driving continuous improvement across the client journey.
Location – London (5 days in the office, non-negotiable)
Full-time role with flexibility required to support events outside standard working hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and leadership programmes.
- Manage end-to-end event projects, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and production partners.
- Own event budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and liaise with legal, insurance, and procurement teams where required.
- Create event proposals, timelines, and delivery plans to meet client and business objectives.
- Coordinate venue logistics, catering, AV, registration, and supplier management.
- Act as the main point of contact between event hosts, workplace teams, and external vendors.
- Provide onsite event management and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and use data and feedback to drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey and elevate event experiences.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support sponsorship opportunities and other revenue-generating event activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all attendees.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering corporate events within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Experience managing large-scale events from planning through to onsite delivery.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior executives.
- Commercially aware with experience managing event budgets and suppliers.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence working across all levels of an organization.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong administrative capabilities.
- Flexible approach with willingness to support events outside standard office hours when required.
