Description
We are seeking an Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of pop-up events across the UK. The role will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time after participation in live events and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and on-site execution of pop-up events
- Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners (venues, logistics, equipment, temporary staff, etc.)
- Manage event setup, operations, and breakdown
- Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience
- Assist with post-event feedback and basic data compilation
- Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams
- Ability to manage a small team onsite during events

Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in English. Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing) as an additional language is preferred but not essential.
- Based in Birmingham
- Prior experience in offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions is preferred
- Retail or store-related experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently liaise with suppliers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Willingness to travel within the UK if needed
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK
