Traffic Marshal - BOXENGASSE 2026 | Bicester
Pay: £14.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Location: Bicester Heritage, Langford Lane, Bicester, OX25 2NS
Event Dates: Saturday 1st August & Sunday 2nd August 2026
Shift Times: 6:30am - 4:00pm (times may vary depending on operational requirements)

CSP Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Traffic Marshals to join our team at BOXENGASSE 2026 in Bicester. This exciting automotive event attracts thousands of visitors and showcases an incredible collection of performance, classic, and modified vehicles.
As a Traffic Marshal, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians, helping to deliver a fantastic experience for everyone attending the event.

Duties include:
- Directing vehicles safely into designated parking areas.
- Managing traffic flow around the event site.
- Assisting with vehicle and pedestrian safety.
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous event or traffic management experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
