Robert Half has partnered with a leading event and exhibition venues organization in London, seeking a permanent Event Technology Lead to play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering technology services across hundreds of high-profile events each year.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing position where you'll act as the bridge between event organizers, sales teams, technology specialists, and service providers, ensuring technology solutions are successfully planned, delivered, and continuously improved.
The Role
You'll take ownership of event technology coordination from pre-event planning through to post-event review, helping to deliver seamless connectivity and digital services for large-scale exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and immersive experiences. This role offers a unique blend of stakeholder management, operational delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced events environment.

What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering technology services within live events, exhibitions, conferences, or venue environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT services including networks, Wi-Fi, endpoints, and identity management
- Experience coordinating incident response and managing service disruptions
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to balance customer expectations, commercial requirements, and technical constraints
- A proactive, organized approach with strong problem-solving skills
