About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable Event Volunteers to support the planning and delivery of events across the United Kingdom. This volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in event management, customer service, hospitality, or community engagement while making a positive contribution.

No previous experience is required—full guidance and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register event attendees.
  • Assist with event setup, decoration, and venue preparation.
  • Support guest check-in and provide event information.
  • Guide attendees to designated areas.
  • Help coordinate activities according to the event schedule.
  • Assist with distributing event materials, badges, and promotional items.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with venue clean-up and pack-down after the event.
  • Report any concerns or incidents to the Event Coordinator.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
