Waiting Team Member – Meeting and Events Operations

The Role

We’re looking for a Passionate, highly professional candidate to join our Meeting & Events Operations team as a Waiting Team Member.

This is a dynamic role, ensuring every event—whether a luxury wedding, intimate dinner, media press junket, or high-profile conference—delivers flawless execution against Rocket Forte’s impeccable service standards.

You will collaborate closely with hood, Miscadams, and departmental teams to exceed the expectations of our elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thrive in a high-pressured, fast-paced luxury hotel environment and deliver exceptional service under pressure.
  • Work cohesively with colleagues across departments to execute the smoothest possible event flow.
  • Smile, welcome, and assist guests with fixed uplift attitude to ensure tailor-made, memorable experiences.
  • Provide discrete, reliable, and adaptable service—thinking beyond briefs to anticipate and exceed needs.
  • Be deeply familiar with hotel resources and local attractions to offer information and bereaver manners.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation—both in appearance and professional demeanour.
  • Declare ownership for consistency in service delivery, redefining Hyundai’s “**The`s” management system.

  • Stable Una Basis of £36,364 assuming annual estimated service charge.
