Location: Victoria, London
Start date: From August 2026 (flexible to accommodate notice periods)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000-£33,000 DOE
Reports to: Events & Partnerships Manager
Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK. This role works directly with young people and is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

About this role
As an Events & Account Executive at Huddle, you will play a key role in both the planning and delivery of events while owning the client relationship throughout the customer journey. This is, first and foremost, an account-led role: your priority is retaining and growing the schools and partners we already work with, alongside delivering events to a premium standard.
Working closely with the Events team, you will support the development and execution of events, and manage key stakeholders involved including teams, venues, suppliers and partners.
You will align with our Marketing team to manage inbound enquiries, secure bookings and onboard clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact across your accounts and working with the Events & Partnerships Manager on our most senior relationships. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with clients and drive repeat business through outstanding service and account management.
Key responsibilities
Event Planning and Delivery
- Work closely with Huddle’s Events team to support with event planning across Huddle’s events portfolio.
- Assist in creating event timelines, schedules and logistics plans.
- Oversee execution of Huddle’s client needs including travel, accommodation and catering requirements.
- Attend Huddle’s events to support on the ground with event build, delivery and breakdown as required.
- Act as the lead client contact on-site, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and professionally during live events.

Client Relationship Management & Administration
- Manage inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website activity and referrals.
- Qualify leads and guide prospective clients through the event booking process.
- Support with preparing proposals, quotations and booking documentation.
- Lead the client onboarding process and gather all necessary information for successful event participation.
- Maintain accurate client records and event details within Huddle’s CRM (Attio) & company systems.
- Work with the Events & Partnerships Manager to ensure inbound enquiries are covered during live events, so no enquiry goes unanswered on site.
Commercial & Financial Administration
- Issue invoices accurately and on time, track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate event budgets, tracking costs against event forecasts.
Account Management & Growth
- Own several client accounts, building trusted long-term relationships.
- Regularly identify opportunities to grow accounts season on season.
- Convert inbound enquiries and referrals into confirmed bookings, working closely with Marketing on a seamless handover from lead generation to delivery.
- Support new business outreach and pitching as directed, with the understanding that retaining and growing existing accounts is the priority for this role.

Safeguarding & Duty of Care
- Always uphold Huddle's safeguarding policies and our duty of care to the young people at our events.
- Complete safeguarding training and maintain a valid enhanced DBS check.
- Escalate any safeguarding or welfare concerns promptly and in line with Huddle's procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in client-facing operational role (i.e. hospitality, sales, events)
- Experience in events, account management, hospitality, marketing or client services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence working directly with clients, venues and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel; experience with CRM systems an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work across weekend/week-long events.
