This is a Hybrid role
You will be required to travel to our villages to lead on the bigger events and will also be required to travel to our Egham or London office to collaborate with the wider support teams. On average there will be 1-2 days per week working from home.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events & Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver an exciting programme of events that bring our villages to life. From exclusive owner events and community activities to open days and corporate events, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences that strengthen our communities, showcase our luxury brand and support our commercial objectives.
Working closely with our Operations, Sales and Marketing teams, you'll ensure every event is professionally planned, flawlessly delivered and leaves a lasting impression on everyone who attends.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver an engaging annual calendar of events and activities across our villages.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of events including owner experiences, community events, open days, launch events and corporate functions.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to maximise attendance, customer engagement and commercial success.
- Manage event budgets, timelines and resources to ensure events are delivered efficiently and provide excellent value.
- Source, negotiate with and manage external suppliers, entertainers and contractors.
- Create memorable experiences that reflect the quality and values of the Audley, Mayfield and Elysian brands.
- Monitor attendance, customer feedback and event performance, using insights to continually improve future events.
- Ensure all events comply with Health & Safety, safeguarding and company policies.
- Support village teams by developing event toolkits, best practice guidance and consistent ways of working.
- Produce regular reports on event outcomes, customer engagement and return on investment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoys building relationships with a wide range of people.
You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll Ideally Have
- Experience planning and delivering events from concept through to successful completion.
- A background within hospitality, luxury property, leisure, retirement living, hotels or another customer-focused environment.
- Experience managing event budgets and demonstrating value for money.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
- Experience managing external suppliers and contractors.
- A creative approach to designing engaging and memorable experiences.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities change.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Leisure or a related subject.
- Professional qualifications in Event Management, Project Management or Customer Service.
