What you’ll be doing…
Your key responsibilities as the Administrator will consist of:
- Ensure bookwork and written communication is completed accurately and to specified deadlines
- Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard
- To take notes at all required meetings
- To maintain client and Lexington confidentiality and security at all times
- To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees
- To ensure all requests for catering are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure all typing is completed to the highest standards
- Ensure brochures are updated shared with the correct stakeholders
- Ensure communication between kitchen, hospitality team, retail team and yourself is prominent thus ensuring all clients demands are met and exceeded
- Ensure all records are kept for past menu bookings and forthcoming events
- Ensure all customer comments and suggestions are passed on to the manager immediately
- To assist team and senior management with administration duties when required
- Ensure clean and tidy smart uniform at all times.
- To carry out reasonable task asked of you by any member of the management team
- To work overtime requested providing reasonable notice given.

Working Pattern: Fixed term contract | Monday to Friday

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Administrator include:
- Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent working in a team or alone
- Previous experience in a similar role/administration
- Microsoft teams experience
