Responsible for the planning and execution of key events and corporate hospitality across our portfolio of 3 distilleries, Glendronach, Glenglassaugh and Benriach. The events and catering coordinator will oversee experience catering across The Glendronach and Glenglassaugh distilleries, with a particular focus on the exclusive, Boynsmill House.
What You Can Expect
- Plan and oversee private and corporate events across sites as required, coordinating scheduled events ensuring the quality of experience at every customer touch point.
- Organise and liaise with external vendors to deliver catering for experiences and events.
- Responsible for management of vendors and contractors and securing of facilities acting as a duty manager when required.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust standard operating procedures for catering operations, complying with Brown Forman quality policies and standards, and ensuring that the operation meets statutory requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Responsible for ongoing quality assessment and improvement in all customer-facing areas, working with the Head of European Homeplaces and Visitor Centre Supervisors to review service standards and maintain facilities.
- Ensure all administration and accounting tasks associated with catering and events operations are completed in line with set procedures.
- Work as part of the European Homeplace Team, communicating with the leadership team to ensure effective delivery of shared goals.

- Experience within hospitality with previous role(s) covering catering and/or events.
- Ability to work independently with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete multiple projects within a dedicated time frame
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads including ability to work weekends and holidays
- Highly organised individual who shows exceptional attention to detail
