Events & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary Range: £30,000 - £38,000 DOE

Location: Reading (4 days in office)

We are working with an established and growing organisation that is continuing to invest in its marketing function as it expands its reach across both business and consumer audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team where you'll play a key role in delivering high-profile events, engaging digital campaigns and impactful customer experiences. The Events & Digital Marketing Executive will take ownership of a varied programme of live events, webinars, training sessions and supporting digital marketing activity, ensuring every campaign delivers an exceptional experience while driving engagement across multiple audiences.

Role Highlights

  • Coordinate and deliver a varied programme of events from planning through to successful delivery and post-event analysis
  • Lead promotional campaigns to maximise attendance, registrations and commercial success
  • Manage supplier relationships, venues, sponsorship opportunities and event logistics
  • Keep digital event content, website information and CRM communications accurate and engaging
  • Monitor budgets, evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

You Will Need

  • Previous experience organising and delivering marketing or corporate events
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and budgets simultaneously
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics and Microsoft Office, with CRM experience advantageous
