Events & Digital Marketing Executive
Salary Range: £30,000 - £38,000 DOE
Location: Reading (4 days in office)

The Events & Digital Marketing Executive will take ownership of a varied programme of live events, webinars, training sessions and supporting digital marketing activity, ensuring every campaign delivers an exceptional experience while driving engagement across multiple audiences.

Role Highlights
- Coordinate and deliver a varied programme of events from planning through to successful delivery and post-event analysis
- Lead promotional campaigns to maximise attendance, registrations and commercial success
- Manage supplier relationships, venues, sponsorship opportunities and event logistics
- Keep digital event content, website information and CRM communications accurate and engaging
- Monitor budgets, evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
You Will Need
- Previous experience organising and delivering marketing or corporate events
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and budgets simultaneously
- Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics and Microsoft Office, with CRM experience advantageous
