Events & Digital Marketing Executive
We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team and lead our busy events, webinar and training program, as well as the management of the surrounding digital content.
The successful individual will work closely in collaboration with our B2C and B2B vertical managers and design team, support our busy events and training programme.
Our current events programme includes presence at business relevant industry events, as well as our own managed events for business partners, webinars, and consumer press events.
Ensuring our website contains up to date audience relevant event information and content, and is further supported through related digital marketing initiatives, such as CRM, is also important to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and deliver our B2B and B2C events program from initial planning through on-site execution to post-event reconciliation and performance analysis
- Manage event budgets, cost control and invoice reconciliation
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, and on-site plans to ensure seamless delivery
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers (venues, catering, production, logistics)
- Oversee development of event content to highest possible standards in close cooperation with wider marketing team - briefing and facilitating all speaker logistics.
- Deliver the marketing strategy on the relevant events and lead on promotional campaigns to maximize and improve registrations and sales at events
- Oversee event communications aligned with brand standards
- Understand our company brand and ensure all aspects of event, pre, onsite and post align with the values
- Work closely with the event organisers to secure relevant sponsorship opportunities for the events
- Build and maintain strong relationships event organisers, ensuring contractual deliverables are met
- Review and manage venue and supplier contracts, identifying and mitigating any commercial or legal risks
- Manage event execution and surrounding requirements – merchandise, refreshments, speaker opportunities etc
- Stay informed on market trends, key stakeholders, and audience insights to enhance event strategy and development
- Ensure all digital communication surrounding the events is executed in a timely manner to a high standard

Key Requirements:
- Events organisation experience, including planning and marketing execution support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control
- Strong front-of-house presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools advantageous
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Familiarity with analytics report creation

Qualifications:
- Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essential
- University qualification desirable although not essential
- Evidence of staying up to date with technology developments on an ongoing basis
