  • Maintaining effective and appropriate liaison with clients throughout the planning process.
  • Co-ordinating planning site inspections and menu tastings where necessary.
  • Meeting and greeting key clients upon arrival for their events.
  • Attending weekly events meetings with the F&B and Operations teams to discuss upcoming events.

Our Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Groups and Events Planning within a multi-million-pound meetings and events revenue generating 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Proven organisational skills—work well independently while setting and meeting deadlines with quality results.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Opera, Delphi, and Salesforce.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and charismatic, with the ability to establish rapport effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
