- Maintaining effective and appropriate liaison with clients throughout the planning process.
- Co-ordinating planning site inspections and menu tastings where necessary.
- Meeting and greeting key clients upon arrival for their events.
- Attending weekly events meetings with the F&B and Operations teams to discuss upcoming events.
Our Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Groups and Events Planning within a multi-million-pound meetings and events revenue generating 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Proven organisational skills—work well independently while setting and meeting deadlines with quality results.
- Proficient in IT applications, including Opera, Delphi, and Salesforce.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident and charismatic, with the ability to establish rapport effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
