Events and Media Executive - Edinburgh
We are partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company to recruit an Events & Media Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially aware marketing professional to take ownership of the company’s events programme and content strategy, helping to strengthen brand presence and support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both live events and digital media. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality industry events and producing engaging content that resonates with a B2B audience. Working closely with the commercial team, you will help ensure that every campaign, event and piece of content contributes to brand visibility and lead generation.

Role Details:
As the Events & Media Executive, you will:
- Plan and deliver a range of industry events, including exhibitions, conferences, webinars and virtual roundtables
- Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, from logistics and suppliers to on-site execution
- Develop event materials, promotional assets and branded collateral
- Work with the commercial team to maximise lead generation and pipeline opportunities from events
- Produce written, photographic and video content for social media, email campaigns, blogs and the company website
- Capture and edit visual content, including event footage, product demonstrations and short-form social media videos
- Manage relationships with PR and media partners to secure relevant coverage
- Maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns and business priorities
- Monitor and report on the performance of events, content and social media activity

Right Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in events, content marketing or marketing communications, ideally within a SaaS or technology business
- A strong track record of managing and delivering business events
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Practical experience in photography, videography and video editing
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom or Photoshop
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A commercial understanding of how marketing activity supports sales and revenue growth
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Figma and AI-powered productivity tools
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to collaborate with teams across the business
