Head of Events and Operations at Pavillion
Pavillion is a small community of people who shape the prime residential world, brought together through the year. The gatherings we host are the heart of it, and none of them look like the usual industry evening. We think as hard about the occasion as the guest list, and reserve saying ‘we’ve tried that before’ for the very few occasions it applies.
We are seeking an experienced Event and Operations Lead to own our calendar, planning, and execution.
About the Role
Every gathering at Pavillion is an opportunity to rethink what a high-end event can be. We value creativity over convention, ending what already works in favour of experimentation.
You’ll drive everything from concept to execution—ensuring our spaces feel as intentional as our guest lists. Our events span locations between London and the Cotswolds, demanding both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
