Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience.
Purple Monster is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, energetic, and proactive Virtual & Face-to-Face Events and Project Coordinator to join our team in Warwick.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing events to life, from virtual experiences and online events to live conferences and international projects.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of virtual and live events while supporting wider project management across the business.
Working closely with clients, venues, suppliers, presenters, and internal teams, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver virtual and face-to-face events
- Support project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage event logistics, registrations, and communications
- Assist with webinar and virtual platform setup
- Create and maintain project documentation and trackers
- Support on-site event delivery when required
- Coordinate post-event reporting and follow-up activity
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- Experience using project management or CRM systems is desirable
- Experience with virtual event platforms would be an advantage
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
- Previous experience in events, project coordination, or a similar role preferred
- Experience supporting both virtual and live events would be highly beneficial

Additional Information
- The role may require occasional UK and international travel
- Due to working with international clients, some flexibility around working hours may occasionally be required
