Events Assistant
Location: Leicester Contract Type: Permanent
Want to be at the centre of the action in a high-energy events team? This is your opportunity.
We're looking for an Events Assistant to join Mattioli Woods and help deliver an ambitious calendar of client events, CPD sessions, seminars, webinars, and professional partner programmes — travelling the length and breadth of the UK as part of a collaborative, passionate team.
About the Role
Support end-to-end event delivery:
- Coordinate venues, AV, catering, and materials
- Manage registrations and attendee communications
- Provide on-site support at events across the UK

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential; manual preferred)
- Some experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or administration
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, confident communicator — at ease with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and brand-aware
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK
