The Role:
As an Events Assistant, you will step straight into the fast-paced heart of our global operations, working closely with our Events Team to power Neudata’s world-class data summits and our elite 1:1 networking programme, AltDating. This is not just an administrative support role - this is the ultimate move for an events enthusiast with a passion for project management and a desire to see the direct impact of their work. You will have hands-on exposure to international event strategy, cutting edge data management, and high profile client engagement from day one.
As our global events programme continues to scale rapidly, we’re looking for someone eager to master the inner workings of corporate event execution and grow alongside us!

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth execution of each AltDating event cycle by monitoring data provider participation, distributing high impact mailers, and proactively managing client communications and precision meeting schedules
- Attend prestigious Neudata Summits in the US and UK to manage registration desks and handle AltDating enquiries in person, representing the brand on an international stage
- Take the lead on delivering flawless online events and webinars, while monitoring the team inbox to respond swiftly to client inquiries and proactively liaising with suppliers for venue and catering quotes
- Maintain up-to-date, reliable, and pristine vendor records by accurately entering and managing provider information within Neudata’s core platforms and CRM systems
- Support the wider events function by creating email invitations, compiling attendee lists, managing client registrations, and producing name badges using event management software
What You’ll Bring:
- A university degree level education coupled with experience in customer service or administrative roles, making you comfortable interacting with sophisticated stakeholders
- Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a proven track record of maintaining high accuracy, strong attention to detail, and follow-through under tight deadlines
- Highly proficient in MS Office, with the adaptability to quickly learn modern CRM and event management platforms (like HubSpot and Stripe) to optimise event workflows
- A resilient, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a proactive problem solver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt
