About the Role: Events Team Coordinator
The London-based Events Team is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to support and accelerate the delivery of luxury brand and client experiences. This role will play a central part in delivering world-class brand activations, intimate dinners, exclusive EIP experiences, and other bespoke events. With the events calendar expanding, this position will provide the operational and administrative support needed to deliver exceptional experiences faster, with greater creativity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of luxury brand and client events across all stages—from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, schedules, presentations, and run-of-show documents.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle purchase orders, invoice processing, payments, and maintain accurate budget tracking documents.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
- Organise branded collateral, guest experience touchpoints, and gifting programmes.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, Personal Shopping, and external brand partners to ensure cohesive event execution.
Qualifications and Attributes
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, luxury retail, or a related field. Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with unwavering attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with a proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused mindset.
- Passion for luxury fashion, events, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Additional language skills are a strong advantage.
