The Role
The NET-A-PORTER Events Team is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of luxury brand and client experiences. This London based role will play a key part in delivering world-class activations, intimate dinners, exclusive EIP (Extremely Important People) experiences, and strategic brand events.
As the events calendar continues to expand, this position will provide essential operational and administrative support, enabling the team to deliver exceptional experiences with greater speed, creativity, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the planning and execution of luxury brand and client events from concept through to delivery.
- Coordinate event logistics, project timelines, schedules, presentations, and run-of-show documents.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate budget and tracking documents.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Events Team, manage travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Coordinate branded collateral, gifting programmes, and guest experience touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, Personal Shopping, and external brand partners.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar role. Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passion for luxury fashion, events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable with travel and working evenings or weekends when required.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
