Events & AV Coordinator
We are seeking an Events & AV Coordinator to join our fantastic team at Rapport.
Our team are responsible for creating an environment that reflects our client’s culture of intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and high performance. From delivering exceptional front-of-house service and managing workplace operations to supporting employee engagement and visitor experiences, the team helps ensure that the office embodies the same standards of excellence that the business brings to its clients and investment business.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)
Salary: £35,504 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional welcome through professional meet-and-greet across all reception areas.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by supporting floor activity and maintaining a safe, tidy environment.
- Maintain high presentation standards across meeting rooms, welcome areas and shared spaces.
- Coordinate meeting rooms effectively including setups, AV support, stationery checks and VIP preparation.
- Handle enquiries confidently in person, by phone and via digital channels, providing clear guidance and solutions.
- Manage technology and equipment ensuring everything is in working order and reporting issues promptly.
- Complete floor walks and audits upholding clear-desk standards and identifying improvements.
- Support booking systems including check-ins, system reports and meeting room reservations.
- Provide team support and training assisting colleagues, new starters and contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of tasks including projects, admin duties, feedback reporting and ad-hoc requests.
