Events Chef de Partie

A lifestyle Hotel based on London's eccentric South Bank. Events Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section and supporting the delivery of food across multiple outlets and services, including: Conferences, banquets, weddings, and private events In-room dining Staff Canteen Working alongside a talented kitchen brigade, you'll ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standards while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and excellent food safety practices. What You'll Be Doing Preparing and delivering high-quality food for events, room service, and the staff canteen. Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service. Supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Ensuring all food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety. Assisting with stock control, food rotation, and minimising waste. Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, banqueting, events, or high-volume kitchen environment. A passion for quality food and hospitality. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive and positive approach to teamwork. A good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
