We’re looking for an Events & Community Manager to lead the delivery of an engaging, inclusive and high-impact resident experience across a multi-site student accommodation portfolio in London.

This is a key role focused on building vibrant communities through a dynamic programme of events, activities and engagement initiatives that enhance wellbeing, satisfaction and retention. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a full events calendar across the student journey, from move-in to exams and end-of-year activity, while also strengthening day-to-day community engagement within residences.

🔑 Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver a varied events programme (social, wellbeing, academic & cultural) • Build strong resident relationships and drive community engagement • Manage event budgets, suppliers and partnerships • Promote events through social media and on-site channels • Track engagement, feedback and performance metrics • Support resident satisfaction, retention and brand experience

👤 About You: • Degree educated or equivalent experience (preferred) • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills (essential) • Fluent English with excellent communication skills • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams • Strong collaborator with the ability to challenge, influence and present ideas clearly • Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Flexible and willing to work varied hours based on business needs
